Amy Aldrich is a Product Specialist with Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., specializing in internet banking, bill pay, and mobile banking products.   Prior to joining Jack Henry  5 ½  years ago, Amy  worked in commercial lending, new business development, and as a staff accountant at a community bank in Kansas City, Missouri.   She has been active in the banking industry for over ten years.  Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia. 

Eric Arnold is responsible for execution of corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and further expand iPay’s market share in the US. Mr. Arnold joined the iPay team in 2010. He brings over 22 years of direct sales experience and consulting, which includes over 11 years of banking and financial services software industry experience. Prior to joining iPay Technologies he spent 9 years at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services as a top performing software sales representative, managing TN, and parts of KY, VA, and NC. Before joining Wolters Kluwer, Eric founded several dot.com companies in 90’s and also worked as a consultant in the HR Employee Support Services industry for GevityHR.com.  Additionally, he and his wife Valarie are majority shareholders in 12thman.com which was established in 1998 and continues to thrive today. Eric majored in Business Administration with a double emphasis on Finance/Human Resource Mgt. He graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan College in 1995. He has two sons Age 17 and 13 and has been married for 22 years to Valarie. 

David McDaniel is Senior Product Manager at ProfitStars, responsible for advancing the company’s industry-leading suite of ACH solutions. He received B.S. degrees in Finance and Management from Kansas State University and has been an Accredited ACH Professional since 2001. David spent 13 years working for both small and large banks, performing just about every function imaginable, including the position of ACH Operations Manager at UMB Bank in Kansas City. Since then, he has worked as ACH Product Manager for Troy Group Inc., where he launched two new ACH product offerings, before joining Goldleaf Technologies (now part of ProfitStars).  At Goldleaf, David led the successful launch of the ACH Manager Web and associated OFAC screening solutions.

Debi Randol is a Compliance Analyst for Gladiator Technology, a ProfitStars® solution. As such, she provides financial institution clients assistance concerning the latest regulatory and compliance directives in order to proactively mitigate risk and stay up-to-date on the latest security-related issues and trends. She guides clients through state and federal compliance regulations, industry standards, and audit recommendations for IT and security issues. She assists clients in developing and updating custom IT management policies, risk assessments and procedures to help ensure the confidentiality of non-public information and to demonstrate adherence to regulatory compliance directives.

Debi is a regular contributor to a Gladiator customer newsletter, Compliance Trends, which highlights current IT regulatory compliance issues and news relevant to community financial institutions. She also has contributed articles regarding IT regulatory compliance issues to Credit Union Magazine, the Gladiator Client Bulletin, and the JHA Banking Matters newsletter.

James Key, CCIE #25772 is an Advisory Network Engineer for Gladiator Technology’s Matrix Network Services group.  He is responsible for designing and troubleshooting complex networking, IP telephony, and unified communications solutions that include highly secure and dynamic networks on an enterprise basis.  He played an integral role in the design and development of the Matrix Hosted IP Telephony solution.  James boasts over 15 years of industry experience, holds several Cisco certifications and is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert in Voice.

Karen Crumbley is a Product Manager within the IT Regulatory Compliance department of Gladiator Technology, a ProfitStars Solution.  Karen boasts over 12 years of experience in the banking industry.    Her key duties at Gladiator include providing consulting assistance to financial institution clients concerning regulatory compliance initiatives and information security awareness training. 

Brad Dahlman is the Product Manager for the Relationship Profitability Management (RPM) application. In this role he provides product direction and directly overseas all aspects of product delivery. He often speaks to clients and prospects and those in the financial services community about the importance and uses for Relationship Profitability. The combination of his previous experiences helps him bring "real world" applications into the use of Relationship Profitability.

Brad has a broad background in banking and has held various positions in finance, audit, operations and technology with several mid-sized community banks. His most recent banking position was Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology at three community banks in the Minneapolis/St Paul community.

Dave Foss is President of ProfitStars. He is responsible for sales and operations of the current ProfitStars solutions, and for the integration of other acquired companies into the ProfitStars suite of solutions.

Dave began his career in 1985 at NCR as a systems engineer installing and supporting core and ancillary banking solutions. He joined Advanced Computer Systems (ACS) in 1989 as a sales manager where he marketed banking solutions to community banks in the upper Midwest. In 1993 Dave left community banking for a few years to become BancTec’s vice president of Professional Services and later vice president of Operations managing large remittance processing solutions. In 1999 he arranged the sale of BancTec’s community banking division to Jack Henry & Associates and joined the company at that time.

Brandon Kunz is Manager of Product Strategy and Marketing at ProfitStars. Brandon is responsible for managing all aspects of market assessment, strategic planning, product direction and go-to-market programs related to the company's check imaging and deposit automation solutions. Brandon brings over a dozen years experience in enterprise and small business software solutions to ProfitStars, and has previously held leadership positions in product management, marketing and sales at S1 Corporation and Sybase, Inc. Brandon holds an MBA in Marketing and Technology Management from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP.)

Jackie Marshall is Director of IT Regulatory Compliance for Gladiator Technology, a ProfitStars solution. She is responsible for developing and maintaining IT regulatory/compliance-oriented products and services for financial institutions throughout the nation. With more than 24 years of business experience in the financial services industry, Jackie has extensive knowledge of IT regulatory compliance. As a recognized expert, she skillfully guides clients through state and federal compliance regulations, industry standards, and audit recommendations for IT and security issues.

Deborah Matthews Phillips is ProfitStars Director of Payments Strategies. She combines her expertise in payments industry issues, compliance, marketplace intelligence, product management and marketing to drive strategy and innovation. Deborah is actively involved in various industry councils, currently serving as Chair of the Internet Council and previously served on the NACHA Electronic Check Council steering committee as Co-chair of ECC’s Communications Workgroup. She is also a member of NACHA’s Communications and Marketing Advisory Group.  Deborah has contributed to advancing the ACH industry through a variety of industry initiatives, such as NACHA's Payments Conference Planning Committee, NACHA's Marketing Management Group, and by serving as Vice-Chair of the Payments Executives Forum's Marketing committee and participating on the American Payroll Association's ACH Advisory Committee. Deborah is a recognized speaker, presenting at national and regional venues and is a frequent contributor to a wide variety of magazines and trade publications. She earned the prestigious AAP designation in 2001. Deborah holds a degree in Communications from Northwestern University, and earned executive certificates from Cornell University and University of Southern California. 

Kevin Moland manages remote deposit and payment products for ProfitStars, a Jack Henry company, where he brings to bear nearly three decades of experience designing online financial applications. Early in his career, Kevin managed bank operations for community financial institutions, specializing in back-office processing systems and electronic banking programs. Since joining the financial software industry in 1993, Kevin has been a key player in the online services revolution, providing product direction and software design oversight for some of the nation’s premier online banking and commercial payment vendors. Kevin serves as a faculty member for the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, and he has been a featured speaker at conferences, seminars, and user group meetings throughout the United States.

Catherine J. Elstner is the Director of Marketing for iPay Solutions, a division of Profitstars.  At iPay, Catherine is responsible for developing and leading efforts to increase customer adoption and retention of online bill payment within the end user base of iPay’s financial institution customers and introducing product enhancements that improve the customer’s online experience.

Before joining iPay, Catherine managed the hotel product planning and strategy for Orbitz Worldwide in Chicago and led strategic product development, competitive pricing initiatives, and effective marketing programs for Orbitz.com.  Prior to Orbitz, Catherine developed and managed consumer marketing programs for Delta Air Lines in Atlanta.  Catherine received her master’s degree in International Business from The Patterson School of Diplomacy at the University of Kentucky and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Centre College.

Chris Sutherland is a Network Engineer with Matrix Network Services, a solution backed by the strength of ProfitStars.  Chris boasts more than 8 years of IT experience.  His primary responsibilities focus upon providing customer assistance from the initial contract signing through successful implementation, as well as support of day-to-day operations for customers.

Patrick True is Risk Manager, Lending Solutions Division.  Patrick is a 25 year veteran of the financial industry.  He started his career with Commerce Union Bank in 1986 as a commercial lending officer.  As Commerce Union eventually became Bank of America, Pat managed portfolios up to $100 million dollars as well as central underwriting functions for the bank’s Tennessee small business and SBA lending units. He is a graduate of Belmont University with a master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Pat began his current position in 1995 and now serves as a Risk Manager for ProfitStars’ commercial lending solutions.  He is the author of numerous banking journal articles as well as a motivational book recalling eight years he worked as a riverboat pilot on the Cumberland River prior to his banking career.

Danny Payne is a Senior Account Executive for ProfitStars and manages Strategic Business Alliances for iPay Technologies. He oversees day to day partner strategy which includes corporate sponsorship, product enhancement and education, and business development. Payne has over 10 years of electronic payment experience in credit card, ACH, Biller Direct payment systems and consolidated bank bill pay services.

Payne served as VP of National Sales for iPay in 2007 and 2008. Before returning to iPay he was the Director of Sales for SourceHOV, where he was responsible for developing the electronic billing and payment strategy for one of the largest print and mail bureaus in the United States. Prior to SourceHOV, Payne held executive sales leadership positions with ChoicePay and Fort Knox National Company.

Robert J. Hudecek is the Operations Manager for ProfitStars RemitPlus, providing intuitive and scalable remittance / lockbox item processing software for output to virtually any customer information system.  Robert holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Southern Illinois University’s Aviation Management program and has logged over 2,400 flight hours in both general aviation and corporate aircraft.  Robert has been a featured presenter at conferences, seminars, and industry meetings for community and tier one financial institutions alike.  For 15 years, Robert has been a key resource for banks, credit unions, and commercial entities to enhance their back office item processing capabilities and operations profitability.

Russell Anderson serves as a Website Builder in the Web Solutions Department of ProfitStars in Brentwood, Tennessee, and has helped launch more than one hundred websites. He specializes in the front-end web developing languages HTML, CSS, and Javascript, but also has a passion for content strategy and user experience design.

Prior to joining ProfitStars, Russell worked in fundraising, marketing and sales.

Lee Wetherington, AAP, is Director of Strategic Insight for ProfitStars. Lee directs the development of actionable insight and strategy for the financial services industry. To this end, he creates programs, presentations, and articles designed to orient and educate financial executives on the trends and implications of new technologies. He routinely delivers keynotes nationwide focusing upon opportunities and challenges in payments and the online, mobile, and social channels. He also serves as the Technology Faculty Chair for several regional schools of banking and credit union management, and has delivered guest lectures on leadership and technology at universities across the country. Lee’s articles and commentary have been published in American Banker, BAI’s Banking Strategies, ABA’s Bank Marketing and ICBA’s Independent Banker.
